1. Service Agreement

By renting a dumpster from Bison Boyz Dumpsters, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide 14-yard roll-off dumpsters for temporary use at agreed-upon locations.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Base rental rate includes delivery, pickup, and the first ton of weight.
• Additional weight is charged at $50 per ton.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance, including any overage charges, will be billed upon pickup and weighing.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in our dumpsters:

• Tires (will incur additional disposal fees if found)
• Wet paint, solvents, or chemicals
• Hazardous waste, asbestos, or medical waste
• Batteries, oils, and flammable liquids

Placing prohibited items in the dumpster may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.

4. Placement and Access

Customer is responsible for ensuring clear access for delivery and pickup. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or underground utilities in the agreed placement area.
